APPLICATION PROCESS
   

Before you begin to download the application, it is important that you know more about the CAMP admissions process. An application is only reviewed after all requirements have been meet and completed.

You should start sending information as you collect it, the information will be kept in a folder in our office until all of the information is completed. Please make a copy of all the materials before mailing, and keep this copy for your records.

 

Now that you know the process for admission, you must submit the following:

1) Meet all CAMP Eligibility requirements.

2) Complete the CAMP Application and Verification Document.

There are 2 parts to the CAMP application that must be completed.

3) Complete SUNY Oneonta Admission Application.

4) Need two (2) recommendation letters

5) A copy of your Social Security Card. If not citizen, a copy of permanent residency.

6) Parent and Student's Income Tax (current ones-please ask recruiter)

7) If applying as EOP make sure you fill out the EOP package. This includes the Family Financial Questionare and the EOP Supplemental.

8) Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aide (FAFSA)

PLEASE BE AWARE that all of this paperwork is needed and you can work with the recruiter to help you through this process. You DO NOT have to this alone, please contact the recruiter as soon as possible.
